The Resurrection

Is it then at all possible that the wisdom governing the affairs of Divine dominicality would not wish to reward, and reward eternally, those who seek refuge beneath its protection and obey through faith?

Do you also seek a proof that everything is carried out with justice and balance? Consider how every being is given existence, fashioned, and placed in its proper position according to precise measures and exact proportions. This clearly shows that everything is governed by absolute justice and perfect balance.

Furthermore, every being is given its due according to its innate capacities. All the necessities required for its existence and all the means necessary for its continued life are provided in the most appropriate manner. This likewise demonstrates the operation of absolute justice.

Moreover, the continual response of every request expressed through the tongue of innate disposition, natural need, and necessity also bears witness to an infinite justice and wisdom.

Is it then at all possible that such a justice and wisdom, which hasten to satisfy even the smallest need of the smallest creature, would neglect the greatest need of the greatest creature—man's longing for eternal life? Would they leave unanswered his greatest plea for help and his most earnest supplication? Would they fail to preserve the majesty of Divine dominicality by safeguarding the rights of His servants?

Yet man, who spends only a brief life in this transient world, neither experiences nor can fully experience the reality of such justice. Therefore, these matters are deferred to a Supreme Tribunal. For true justice requires that this seemingly insignificant man be rewarded or punished not in proportion to his physical smallness, but according to the magnitude of his crimes, the importance of his essential nature, and the greatness of the duty entrusted to him.

Since this fleeting and temporary world is far removed from manifesting such justice and wisdom for man, who has been created for eternity, there must necessarily exist an everlasting Hell and an eternal Paradise, the dominions of the Just Dhāt-i Jalīl-i Dhul-Jamāl and the Wise Dhāt-i Jamīl-i Dhul-Jalāl.
