THE SIXTH FLASH

This Flash was to be a treatise setting forth, through fifteen to twenty degrees of reflection, weighty truths from the many verses contained within the statement:

لاَحَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ اِلاَّ بِاللّٰهِ الْعَلِىِّ الْعَظِيمِThere is no power and no strength except through Allah, the Most High, the Almighty.

Since this Flash, like the Fifth Flash, consisted of degrees I sensed within my own inner being and observed in my spiritual movement through dhikrThe remembrance of Allah through the repeated recitation of a word or short phrase as an act of worship. and reflection, it was deemed more fitting not to include it among the Flashes of pure truth. Rather, as it pertains more to inner experience and spiritual state than to pure knowledge and truth, it should be written at their end.
